Terms of Sale
These Terms of Sale apply to the Walee trial and subscription purchased in the app. They supplement our Terms of Use. The service is sold by Walee. For questions, email contact@walee.fun.
Offer and price
The launch offer includes a 7-day free trial followed by an annual subscription for one household. The trial provides access to the features included in the offer. Trial eligibility depends on App Store rules and the Apple account used.
The subscription price varies by the country or region of the App Store storefront. The annual price, currency, applicable taxes, and current offer terms are shown in the App Store before you confirm the purchase. The price displayed at confirmation applies to your subscription. There is no single price for all countries.
Billing and renewal
The purchase is made through the Parent’s Apple account and billed by Apple. At the end of the trial, the subscription starts and the annual price shown when you subscribed is charged unless you cancel beforehand. The subscription then automatically renews each year at the price then in effect, subject to Apple’s notice or consent rules and applicable law.
To avoid the first charge, cancel the trial at least 24 hours before it ends. To stop later renewals, cancel the subscription in the Apple account’s subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect as described by Apple; access remains available until the expiration date shown by Apple.
Included access
One subscription covers the paid features for a household and the devices linked to it. Child devices and invited Parents receive access according to their role; they do not need a separate subscription for that household. Apple Family Sharing is not available for this subscription.
After the subscription and any applicable grace period expire, the Parent area remains available to manage the household or reactivate the subscription. Some actions in the Child area, including starting new routines and requesting rewards, may be paused. Expiration alone does not delete tokens already earned or household data.
Cancellation, refunds, and withdrawal
You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple account’s subscription settings. Deleting your Walee account does not cancel an Apple subscription. A refund request for an App Store purchase must be submitted to Apple, which reviews it under its rules and applicable law.
Any statutory withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights that apply in your country of residence remain available. To exercise a right or report a problem with the service, contact contact@walee.fun. These Terms do not limit legal warranties that apply to digital services.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Consumers residing in the European Union may use the consumer mediation service free of charge.
