Terms of use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Walee mobile app. By downloading or using Walee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Who can use Walee?
Walee is for Parents who organize household routines and Children who use the app’s Child experience. A Parent must be an adult with the authority needed to create and manage Child profiles. Children use the app under the Parent’s responsibility and supervision. Walee does not create accounts directly for Children.
The Parent is responsible for information entered in the app, people invited to the household, and access to devices using Walee. The Parent must protect their sign-in methods and tell Walee if they believe someone is using their account without permission.
Account, household, and service
You can use a household in local mode without a Walee account, or create an account to sync data and link other devices or Parents. Sync requires an internet connection. The Parent who creates the household remains its administrator; other invited Parents have the access associated with their role.
Walee provides tools to organize household routines, tasks, rewards, and screen time. Features may change. The app may be temporarily unavailable, including for maintenance, updates, network issues, or incidents affecting a technical provider.
Walee is a family organization tool. It does not diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, or replace support from a health or education professional. The Parent decides whether the routines, rewards, and settings are appropriate for their Child.
Trial and subscription
The offer displayed in the app includes a 7-day trial followed by one annual subscription per household, unless the Parent cancels before the trial ends. The trial and subscription are available only when the offer is displayed and the Apple account is eligible. The exact trial duration and localized annual price are shown by the App Store before purchase confirmation; that is the price that applies when you subscribe.
The purchase is made through the Parent’s Apple account and processed by Apple. The subscription automatically renews for another annual period at the price shown by Apple unless cancelled. To avoid renewal after a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends in the Apple account’s subscription settings. You may then use the subscription under the terms shown by Apple until it expires.

Manage or cancel the subscription and payment method in the Apple account’s subscription settings. Requests for refunds of App Store purchases must be made to Apple, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law. Restore a purchase in the app using the Apple account that made the purchase.
One subscription covers the household and devices linked to it under Walee’s features. Apple Family Sharing for the subscription is not available. A Child device linked to the household receives the household’s access without making its own purchase.
After the subscription and any applicable grace period expire, the Parent area remains available to manage the household or reactivate the subscription. Some actions in the Child area, including starting new routines and requesting rewards, may be paused. Tokens already earned and household data are not deleted solely because the subscription expires.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Walee in accordance with the law and these Terms. You must not attempt to disrupt, bypass, or compromise the app’s operation or security, access another person’s account without permission, or use Walee to infringe another person’s rights. You must not copy, distribute, or modify the app, or attempt to extract its source code, except where permitted by law.
Intellectual property and household data
Walee, its name, interface, text, visuals, and software are protected by intellectual property rights. Walee retains ownership of these elements. Walee grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these Terms.
You retain your rights in the information you enter in the app. You authorize Walee to host, process, and sync it only as needed to provide the features you use. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed.
Account suspension and deletion
You can delete your account in the app settings. Deleting a household owner’s account deletes the household’s active data under the conditions described in the Privacy Policy. It does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; the Parent must also cancel it in their Apple account settings.
Walee may limit or suspend access when necessary to protect people, the service, or data, comply with the law, or address a serious breach of these Terms. Where circumstances allow, Walee will notify the Parent and give them an opportunity to resolve the issue. This does not limit consumer rights provided by law.
Liability
Walee makes reasonable efforts to operate the app and protect data but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of incidents. The Parent remains responsible for checking that the information, routines, and rewards they configure suit their household and for supervising the Child’s use.
These Terms do not limit any warranties or rights you have under mandatory law. To the extent permitted by law, Walee is not liable for damage resulting from use contrary to these Terms, unsuitable settings chosen by the Parent, failure of a third-party service, or an event reasonably beyond Walee’s control.
Changes and governing law
Walee may update these Terms to reflect changes to the app or the law. If a change is significant, Walee will notify the Parent through an appropriate channel before it takes effect. The applicable version is the one shown at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. If an issue arises, contact Walee first so we can try to resolve it informally. Legal remedies provided by law remain available.
